The process of registering the transfer of the property with the Notary begins by submitting an electronic request to the website of the Union of Notary Writers in Turkey, and selecting the Notary who wishes to conduct the transaction with it, and as a result of this request, the Notary conducts an audit regarding the validity of the request and the absence of a legal impediment to its completion, and upon verifying that His legality sends his consent to start the registration process, by sending a text message to the parties to the process of transferring the ownership of the property to pay the registration process fees, and after payment, the date of the parties’ attendance to complete the transaction and the registration of the transfer process is determined by the notary electronically in the Tabo Department, and the title deed is handed over to the buyer.
In addition to the importance of this decision in facilitating the process of transferring ownership of real estate, at the same time it eliminates the stage of concluding contracts in front of the notary and the problems it may raise in this regard.
